Privacy policy
Who we are
J-Stars Coaching provides football coaching and player development at Trent Park Football (located in Trent Park Country Club), Trent Park, Bramley Road, London N14 4UW. For any privacy question, contact us at info@jstarscoaching.com.
What we collect
We only collect what you type into one of our enquiry forms. Depending on the form, that can include the player's name and age group, a parent or guardian's name, an email address, a phone number, a current club and position, a school name and role, and whatever you write in the message field.
Why we collect it
We use your details for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and arrange coaching, an assessment, a camp place or a partnership. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking.
How it reaches us
Form submissions are delivered by email through Cloudflare, our hosting provider. They are not stored in a database on this website.
Children's information
Many of our players are under 18. Where a player is under 18 we ask for a parent or guardian's details and expect the form to be completed by that adult. If you believe a child's information has been submitted without consent, contact us and we will delete it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as we need it to provide coaching and to meet our record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Cookies
This site sets one item of local storage to remember whether you agreed to load the Google Map on our contact page. There is no analytics or advertising tracking. See our cookie policy.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@jstarscoaching.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
